The first release focuses on what you need to test with users. We can then add integrations, reporting or automation based on what you learn. You can commission a fixed-scope project or work with us month to month to keep improving it.
How we use AI
We use AI to write and review code, reorganise parts of the app and prepare tests. The team decides what to build and checks the result. If you want AI features in the product itself, we discuss what they would do.
Delivery and handoff
We agree access to the code and accounts, the documentation to hand over, who approves releases and what support you need afterwards. These details go in the proposal.

Questions before starting development
How much does complete product development cost?
Design + AI development starts at €6,990 for One Shot, or €4,990 per month for Pro. Enterprise is €7,490 per month. Final scope is agreed in the proposal; consulting and design-only plans are separate services.
How long will my product take?
The estimate depends on the first release, integrations, existing code, data migration and review cycles. We scope these requirements before committing to a delivery calendar.
Are hosting, AI APIs and third-party licenses included?
We identify these costs separately when scoping the project. The proposal states which accounts, subscriptions and usage costs are included and which you pay directly.
Can you work with my existing product?
We first review its code, data and integrations. That assessment determines whether to extend the existing application, change specific components or plan a migration.
What happens after launch?
Before launch, we agree the handoff, documentation and who handles support and maintenance. If you want to keep developing the product, a monthly plan covers that work within the agreed scope.

When can we start?
We start within 48 hours of the first call. We organise the project, give you Slack access and work on the first deliverable that week.
What does the monthly subscription include?
You can request web and app design, design systems, prototypes, presentations, sales materials, ad creatives, emails, consulting, UX and accessibility reviews, and documentation. The AI development plan also includes coding. You set the priorities; Pro covers one active project at a time, while Enterprise supports several in parallel.
Who owns the code and designs?
You own them from day one. The code is in your GitHub repository and the designs are in your Figma account. The intellectual property belongs to you.
When does an external team make sense?

How long does a delivery take?
Design deliveries usually take a few days. For a first release with development, allow 6-8 weeks. The timeline depends on scope and we agree it with you.

How do you use AI in development?
We use Claude, Cursor and workflows adapted to the project. AI supports implementation and testing; senior engineers define scope, review the code and approve releases.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign the NDA your legal team prefers before the project starts.
When do I need Enterprise instead of Pro?
Enterprise fits when you need to work on several projects, brands or products at once, or need more delivery capacity. Pro covers ongoing work on one product.
