What is a request?

What is considered a “request” in Productea?

At Productea we work with a fixed price monthly subscription model, where you can send one active design request at a time (what we call a “request”). To ensure quality, focus and efficiency, we define each request as a reasonable unit of design work, typically a full screen, view, section or functional component within a digital product.

Examples of a valid request:

  • A contact page.
  • A user dashboard.
  • An interactive component such as a date selector.
  • An onboarding screen for mobile.

What is not considered a single request:

  • “I want a complete website”
  • “Design the entire app for me”
  • “I need all the CRM designs”

In these cases, Productea reserves the right to divide such a request in several deliveries (separate requests), always notifying the customer about the division and the proposed prioritization.

Scope of work included

We include all digital product design: interfaces, user experiences, navigation structures, UI components and responsive adaptations. However, we don't cover the following types of work:

  • 3D modeling
  • Complex animated graphics (such as custom GIFs or advanced motion design)
  • Design of large or technical documents (e.g. medical forms)
  • Structural packaging design or complex packaging
  • High-volume printed editorial design (such as books, magazines, or catalogs)

Legal note

This model is governed by Productea's Terms and Conditions of Use. We reserve the right to interpret, divide or reject requests that exceed what is considered a standard request, or that are outside the defined scope of digital design.
